Hmm, nee hilft mir leider nicht bei der Bestimmung.
Also habe ich mal eben meine Rute samt Rolle rausgekramt und den Hebel dann entdeckt, den du meinst.
Er wird im englischen als flippin-switch bezeichnet.
Was ich darüber noch rausfinden konnte war, dass dieser wohl gut ist wenn man nur einhändigt angelt.

When engaged it lets you push the button, line goes out, let off the button line stops.

Mine works a little differently. It's a button next to the thumb bar that when pressed, disengages the thumb bar. It works great for droping a bottom bouncer.

So basicly it's an alternate way to engage your reel spool after letting out a bunch of line without switching hands to engage the spool by turning the crank handle.
That would be handy bottom bouncing or flippen.
I'd probably snap my line everytime trying to cast with it.

Flippin' Switch
Flippin' switches are a handy feature for bass fishermen who prefer this productive technique, but not all flippin' switches are created equal. The main function of a flippin' switch is to re-engage the reel's spool. Some flippin' switches are designed to be on all the time, once they're triggered. To reengage the spool and set the hook, you must turn the reel handle. However, with Cabela's Tournament ZX casting reel the flippin' switch is unique. Push down on the thumb-bar to release the spool, then just push the easy to reach flippin' switch to reengage the reel's spool. While bass anglers love this innovation, this is particularly useful feature for walleye anglers who like to use a tiller motor. The Tournament ZX's flippin' switch can be operated easily to find the bottom and the spool quickly reengaged with one hand (or more correctly, thumb) while the other is busy on the tiller.

Regardless of the reel you select, it's imperative that you have a thorough understanding of the way your new reel works, and the appropriate adjustments to control the spool. I know, it's a hard thing for a guy to do, but reading the manual will save you a great deal of frustration on the water. Your owner's manual will also detail the proper care and maintenance procedures that should be performed annually.

Also, keep in mind that increased levels of performance in casting reels may require a higher degree of operator skills. Buying an expensive reel will not make you a better caster - only practice will accomplish that. Since that means spending more time on the water fishing, this shouldn't be a hard pill to swallow.

Ich würde mir das mit dem Daumen, wie beschreiben von mir, aber aneignen, denn wenn deine Methode einmal schief geht und du den Freigabehebel nicht rechtzeitig drückst, dann kommt dir der köder ggf. von unten entgegen.
Bei ganz viel Pech - je nachdem wie schwer der Köder ist, wie gut die Schnur etc. - fliegt dein Köder ggf. weg und ist verloren (kommt aber denke ich mal weniger vor).

Danke nochmals und sry das ich so schwer verstehe
Jetz hab ich es wohl endlich verstanden
Flipping scheint wohl noch nicht sehr populär zu sein ,oder zumindest nur in england. Mal schauen wann es nach deutschland kommt
Oder benutzt du diesen knopf ???
Praktisch ist die Technik ja trotzdem!
